Delivery Conditions (Australian Orders)
Delivery fees are non-refundable. All parcels are registered with Australia Post. If you are not available to sign for your package at the delivery address provided, you will be required to collect and sign for your parcel at your nearest Australia Post Office.
We aim to deliver all packages to Australian metropolitan areas within 5-7 days. However, if an order is received on a weekend or public holiday, or if you live in a remote or regional area, delivery may be delayed. Delivery of goods is additional to the listed prices. Most of our items will ship via Australia post. A shipping calculator has been provided to help customers figure out the shipping costs to most areas around the world.
Delivery Conditions (International Orders)
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Airmail unless we are otherwise instructed by the customer. Extra tracking security and insurance can be purchased if you live in an area where postal items often "go missing". We are more than happy to arrange alternate shipping and tracking if you are willing to pay for the extra costs. While we will do our best to follow up lost items, without tracking it is often impossible to for us to determine whether a product has arrived at the proper destination. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR "LOST" INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - ENQUIRE ABOUT ONLINE TRACKING AND COURIER SERVICES IF YOU DON'T TRUST THE POSTAL SYSTEM IN YOUR COUNTRY.
POSTAL ORDERS
To complete a postal order, go through the normal online ordering process.
- Fill in the normal details and complete your order choosing the "Check / Money Order" option in the payment options screen.
- When your order is finished it will give you the option to "print order", please print this and send it with your money order to speed up the processing of your order.
Please note: Postal orders will not be processed until the money order has cleared. International money orders (Western Union Only) must be completed in Australian Dollars and include all postage costs. Returns and Refunds
1. Your refund rights.
Please choose carefully. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
You are entitled to a refund if the goods you buy:
- Are defective (defect not caused by you)
- Don’t match the description
- Don’t do what they are supposed to do, or what we said they would
- We will be happy to exchange, credit or repair the goods.
This refund policy only applies if you return the goods within a reasonable time (14 days) and can prove that they were purchased from us, by way of presenting the receipt received with your parcel.
Please keep the receipt you receive with your parcel for reference purposes.
2. How to return an item(s).
- Place item(s), along with the receipt you received with your parcel in a new secure package.
- Please indicate the reason for the return.
- Please also include a name and daytime contact phone number.
- Send the returned item(s) to Hells Blankets, 4 Bellarine Hwy, Newcomb, Victoria, Australia, POST CODE 3219
- Goods must be returned unused within 14 days of original purchase, in their original packaging, with all swing tags attached.
- Hells Blankets will credit your original method of payment.
- Hells Blankets will contact you to finalise the transaction.
- Postage is not refundable.
- Postage for return of product is at customer expense.
Exchanges
1. Exchange Policy.
Hells Blankets will happily exchange an item(s), if the goods are returned within 14 days of initial purchase, and proof of purchase is presented, by way of presenting the receipt received with your parcel.
2. How to exchange an item(s).
- Place item(s) to be exchanged, along with the receipt you received with your parcel in a new secure package.
- Please also include a name and daytime contact phone number.
- Please indicate the reason for the exchange.
- Please indicate the product you wish to receive in exchange for the item(s). Please check the online store for current product availability.
- If there is a difference in the total purchase cost, the difference will be billed / refunded accordingly.
- We will contact you to finalise the transaction.
- There is a $12.50 postage and handling fee for redelivery within Australia.
- Original postage is not refundable.
- Postage for return of product is at customer expense.
