All of our quilt covers are printed onto machine washable 100% cotton. We advise that you use a gentle cycle and wash them separately for the first time. Warm tumble dry / Warm Iron / No Bleach.
Do we make different size quilt covers, such as single and king size?
At this stage we are only making Queen Size as it is the most popular size. Depending on how many requests we get, we may eventually make single - please send in your expression of interest via our contact page. Currently the quilt covers are slightly over-sized Queen @ 220 x 220cm and can easily accommodate a thicker mattress.
Please contact us via our "contact page" regarding wholesale orders. We are only accepting orders over 10 sets (can be mixed designs) for wholesale orders. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order. We have a range of promotional items (stickers/posters/matchbooks) freely available to retailers for use as in-store POS advertising and freebies for customers.
We ship your item within 24 hours of receiving payment. Paypal credit card payments will usually instantly clear, and we will ship your order right away. If you have paid via Paypal e-cheque (when your Paypal is linked to your bank account), your order will be shipped as soon as your payment clears.Australian residents living in metro areas can expect their order to arrive 3-5 days from the time payment has cleared. Australian residents living in remote areas will have to wait approximately 5-10 days. International orders to most countries can expect their order to arrive in approximately 7-12 days.
When placing an international order (outside of Australia), please be aware that in some countries (most are excluded) your local customs laws may require you to pay customs duties and taxes. In most instances your local customs authorities will contact you and ask that you pay the fees. If you refuse to pay the fees the items are likely to be returned to us. In this case it will be your responsibility to pay for any further shipping costs.
How do I insert my doona/duvet/futon into the quilt cover?
There are five heavy duty black click buttons on one side of the quilt cover. Simply un-click these and place your quilt cover inside. (There are no stupid questions...just stupid people)
